Instructor Bio

 

Stacee Pedersen is the President of Momentum Employer Group with over 20 years of experience managing all aspects of Human Resources, including talent management (acquisition, development, and retention), employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, safety, environmental concerns, and regulatory compliance.

Previously, as VP of Human Resources at Zions Bancorporation, she supported a team of 1,400 employees, successfully consolidated six affiliate loan operation sites, and spearheaded a Coaching Culture initiative that improved employee performance.

From 2001 to 2014, Stacee was with PCC Structurals, where she managed human resources and organizational development across nine manufacturing facilities nationwide, partnering closely with division leaders to align human capital strategies with company goals.

Stacee holds an MBA from the University of Utah, an undergraduate degree in HR from Weber State University, and certifications as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She is also a certified coach, trainer, and speaker through the John Maxwell Team.

Outside of work, Stacee enjoys competitive sports and spending time with her family at ballgames.
