What is the CSI Workforce COVID-19 Policy?
CSI Workforce Development & Training is committed to helping protect the health and safety of others which is critical in allowing us to continue to provide our community the skills they need. To do this, we must work together to protect our community and those at risk. If you have experienced any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19 in the past 48 hours (fever, cough, or shortness of breath), or have knowingly been exposed to someone who has tested positive in the past 14 days, we ask that you contact us to determine the best course of action for you.
If this occurs at least 24 hours prior to the start of the class, we can:
- Set up a virtual classroom training offering to accommodate your distancing restrictions.
- Transfer you into a future session. If this is COVID related, the transfer fee will be waived. We can add you to a waitlist and inform you of future options to take this training.
- Issue a full refund. This can be provided by submitting an email request to workforce@csi.edu or calling us at (208)732-6310.
If the class/program is already underway:
- If you are going to miss the entire training, you will be transferred into a future session and our transfer fee will be waived.
- Students who have started a program and are unable to complete due to COVID please contact CSI Workforce Development & Training.
