Are you new to HR, interested in starting a career in the field or need HR knowledge to run your business? In this live-online series instructor Stacee Pedersen will provide practical information gleaned from her over 20-year career in human resources. She will share various real-word scenarios to better equip you for the situations you will encounter as you build your knowledge of HR practices. The series begins with an overview of HR management fundamentals followed by a deeper dive into topics such as employment law, talent acquisition, performance management and more. Participants can sign up for sessions separately or register for the series at a discounted rate. To make best use of the training time, some topics may require pre-work. Sessions will be recorded and available to reference for 3 months following the course.

Instructor Bio
Stacee Pedersen is currently the President of Momentum Employer Group and has 20 years of experience in managing all aspects of Human Resources which includes talent management (acquisition, development & retention), employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, training, safety and environmental, and federal and state regulatory compliance.
Stacee was the VP of Human Resources for Zions Bancorporation where she supported the operations team comprising of 1400 team members. During her time with Zions, she led the successful consolidation of six affiliate Loan Operation sites into the new Enterprise Loan Operations group. In addition, Stacee led the initiative to create a Coaching Culture which resulted in higher levels of employee performance.
From 2001 through 2014, Stacee worked for PCC Structurals where she was responsible for the organizational development and human resource activities of nine manufacturing facilities across the United States. Stacee served as a trusted partner to Division leaders and aligned the Human Capital Plan initiatives across the organization.
Stacee earned her MBA from the University of Utah, completed her undergraduate degree in HR at Weber State University, and holds both a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) as well as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. Stacee if also a certified coach, trainer, and speaker through the John Maxwell Team.
Stacee loves competitive sports and spends most hours away from work with her family at a ball game.
