Instructor Bio
Stacee Pedersen is the President of Momentum Employer Group with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Her expertise includes talent management, employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, training, and regulatory compliance.
Previously, Stacee served as VP of Human Resources at Zions Bancorporation, where she led the consolidation of six Loan Operation sites and implemented a Coaching Culture that improved employee performance. From 2001 to 2014, she oversaw HR for nine manufacturing facilities at PCC Structurals, aligning Human Capital Plan initiatives with organizational goals.
Stacee holds an MBA from the University of Utah and a bachelor’s in HR from Weber State University. She is SHRM-SCP and SPHR certified, and a certified coach, trainer, and speaker with the John Maxwell Team.
In her free time, Stacee enjoys competitive sports and family time at ball games.
