I believe we can all agree that there is currently a serious lack of quality leadership in our country, states, and local communities. This, “leadership deficit,” as John Maxwell calls it, has resulted in a lack of quality leaders in businesses, nonprofits, and even our families. As a leader within your organization, you can change that!  In this session, based on Maxwell’s New York Times best selling book, The Leader’s Greatest Return, you will learn the step-by-step process for attracting, developing, and multiplying leaders.
