Welding - Intermediate - Stick
Description
Welding plays an integral role in keeping people safe and advancing our quality of life. With experts predicting a worldwide shortage of capable welders in the next few years this means the opportunities are endless. Grow your current skillset through this 30-hour training that focuses on Stick (SMAW).
This course serves as an intermediate course to the SMAW process. Students will expand their knowledge of the theory and techniques previously learned in SMAW level 1. Students will weld the complex joints found in the welding industry in various positions on carbon steel. Students will dive deeper into the complexity of weld joints on pipe and plate.
