Confined Space Competent Person Train the Trainer
This course trains individuals to teach employees safe confined space practices, meeting OSHA 1926.1200 certification requirements.

Confined Space Trainer Certification Course
Do you want to train your employees on safely entering and working in permit and non-permit confined spaces? OSHA requires that only "Qualified Persons" can train others. This course is designed for those looking to become qualified to train employees on recognizing confined space hazards and working safely in confined space operations.
The comprehensive training includes hands-on instruction in air sampling techniques, hazard assessment, and basic non-entry retrieval/rescue methods. Students will also learn how to create an entry permit and determine if permit entry procedures are necessary.
All instructor materials are provided, and this course meets the NEW Fed OSHA Regulations 1926.1200 certification requirements for employees who enter or may work in confined spaces.
A passing grade on the exit exam is required for certification.

Live Online Training Requirements
Participants in Live Online sessions must complete a hands-on equipment inspection, assessment, and demonstration to receive certification. After training, our CSI Workforce Development & Training Coordinator will contact you to schedule a one-on-one session with our instructor to fulfill the hands-on requirements for final certification.
