Instructor Bio

Jay Bench has been involved in training for more than 18 years, in both the manufacturing and retail industries. He has held the Training Coordinator position with McCain Foods for 11 years. Prior to this he was a line trainer. He has earned a Safety Professional certification, OSHA 10 and 30 certifications as well as an advanced degree in Training and Development.

Jay believes learning should be fun and strives to keep learning active and engaging. He has been developing training and training trainers for more than 11 years and potential leaders for 3+ years.
