Description

It is important to realize that any trainer needs two separate sets of skills and knowledge. First, they need to know the topic they are teaching and second, they need to know how to transfer that information to the student. You have probably noticed that there are a lot of training materials and training methods that do not seem to be a good fit for your training needs.

Beginning with the fundamentals of human communication, you will gain an understanding of how the adult brain learns, adapts, and changes. We will explore a foundational understanding of adult learning and you will develop an in-depth understanding of the core learning styles. Lastly, stemming from the training method, and with an understanding of human communication, effective coaching allows trainers to maintain trust while correcting actions.
