Walk Away With

Students who successfully complete this course are eligable to sit for the National Certification Exam for Pharmacy Technicians ExCPT exam.

Students outside of Idaho need to verify with their State Board of Pharmacy to determine if this course will meet that states registry and certification requirements.

This course is recommended for anyone whether you are new to the workforce or have been in the workforce for years and are interested in beginning a new career in the pharmaceutical industry.

Instructor Bio

Kylee Shriver was born and raised in Southern Idaho, she graduated from Jerome High School in 2013, then attended CSI and graduated in 2016 with her Associates in Pre-Pharmacy and Biology with emphasis in health care. From there she attended pharmacy school at Washington State University College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in Spokane, WA where she studied for 4 years and graduated in 2020 with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Since 2020 she has been a practicing pharmacist in the state of Idaho

Kurt Hefner 

Kurt is a long time pharmacist who owned and operated his own pharmacy for several years. Kurt brings a passion for the industry to the classroom providing an atmosphere of learning and growth for students.
