Steps for Registering for the EXCPT Exam through NHA

  1. Set Up an Account: Begin by creating an account on the NHA website.
  2. Request to Test: Submit a request to test through your NHA account.
  3. Approval Process: Your request will be reviewed by the workforce department. Approval or denial of your request will be communicated via email.
  4. Notification: If approved, you will receive an email notification. Follow the instructions to log in and schedule your exam with PSI.

Important Information

  • The cost of the first exam attempt will be covered for up to one year following successful completion of the course.
  • Final grades from the class must be posted before requesting to test.
  • Fees for the second attempt and any subsequent attempts, or attempts made after one calendar year from the course end date, are the responsibility of the student.
  • Do not submit a second testing request before completing your first exam attempt. Duplicate registrations may result in the student being liable for additional charges.
