Adult Heartsaver® CPR with AED and First Aid

This instructor-led course is completed entirely in person. Participants will learn, practice, and demonstrate CPR, AED, and First Aid skills with a certified instructor.

During this course, you will:
  • Respond to common first aid emergencies
  • Perform adult CPR
  • Use an AED safely and effectively
  • Recognize and respond to life-threatening situations
  • Provide care until advanced help arrives
Everything is completed during your scheduled class—no online portion required.

Certification Information

Upon successful completion of the course requirements, participants will receive their American Heart Association certification electronically via email.

Optional Add-On

Heartsaver Total (OSHA Compliant)
  • Participants may add the OSHA-compliant Heartsaver Total certification to their registration.
    • Additional Cost: $20.00
    • Time: 9 to 10 p.m.

This course is for anyone who would like to learn proper first aid and life-saving skills and for those who are needing to renew an existing certification.

Instructor Bio

Samantha Brizee

Samantha earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 2020 and has over 20,000 hours of hands-on experience in sports medicine. She has worked with athletes from middle school through semi-professional levels across a wide range of sports and events, including tournaments and rodeos.
