Walk Away With

At the end of the course, students will:

1) Be able to identify James Clear’s 1% rule, four steps, and four laws of behavior change.

2) Demonstrate knowledge of these tools by setting specific and realistic goals for starting or changing habits in five dimensions of wellness.

3) Reflect on their level of success by comparing a pre and post-personal assessment of the five dimensions of wellness.
