How do I request a transcript?

To request an official transcript, view your options here. 

The Idaho Department of Education now accepts unofficial transcripts for teacher re-certification. To access your unofficial transcript, follow the steps below:

1. Visit www.csi.edu
2. Select Quicklinks and click on MyCSI (Students). If you do not have, or do not think you have CSI login credentials try using the first initial of your first name followed by your last name (ex. jsmith@csi.edu. For your password type in your 8-digit birthdate (ex. 11091987). 
3. Select Reports & Forms in the navigation bar
4.  Under My Academic Records select My Unofficial Transcripts
5. Input your CSI credentials

What are CSI K-12 professional development credits?

Professional Development credits are undergraduate-level credits offered to educators to acquire skills and knowledge and to meet Idaho Department of Education re-certification requirements. 

Do professional development courses count towards a degree?

No, professional development courses do not count towards an academic degree and are not eligible for financial aid. These courses will show up as EDPD 199 on your transcript.

How will I know if I received a passing grade?

You will need to view your unofficial transcript to verify what grade was posted by the instructor. All courses are either Pass or Fail. Grades will be posted within 48 hours of the course close date. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Once your registration and payment have been submitted, no refunds will be issued.

Do I need to be admitted as a student at the College of Southern Idaho?

No, you simply need to register and pay for the course online or over the phone. Upon the course close, the professional development credit will be transcribed and available on your transcript. The courses are open enrollment and do not require for you to apply to CSI.

What is the cost for professional development courses?

Each credit costs $45, although there may be additional fees associated with certain professional development courses.
