Rise Up Women's Retreat exists to inspire and empower minds, bodies and souls through education, community, and life-applicable resources. We offer an array of classes and educational tools ranging from; creating work and life balance, how to thrive during challenging times, mindfulness tools that apply to day-to-day, living free in your body by breaking free of diet culture and fitness stigmas, overcoming negative self-talk and discovering what sparks a light in you. Within our retreats, we aim to leave you better than you came and help you apply, live, and 'rise up' to create the life you truly desire."

Heather Pruett was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. Growing up she spent her time enjoying sports, and loved time at the family cabin. She is the mother of 5 sweet children and wife to an amazing husband, Vaughn. They are raising their family in Boise. She is a Playdate Secretary, Teen Angst Psychoanalyst, Meltdown Negotiator, Tooth-brushing Instructor, and is working on her PhD in Patience. She absolutely loves being a mom! 

She has been a Motivational Speaker and Faith-based Certified Mentor for the past 7 years.  She has a Bachelor's degree in Organizational and Interpersonal Communications.  She has been through extensive education for Mentoring, Training, & Speaking through the company Three Key Elements and others. She owns a company called Elevate, where she teaches people success tools and release techniques.  She has seen lives change as clients implement what she teaches to empower their own lives and move forward in their life missions.  She has a passion for helping others see their worth, and believes that every soul has a divine purpose here.

Jolynn Hunt is the Founder CEO of IO Consulting and the VP of Senior Living of Inner Voice Group. She has been immersed in the business world for over 17 years. Her expertise is in organizational leadership, business consulting, and individual coaching. She is nearing the completion of her PhD, where she will be a psychologist that specializes in the workplace. She has a Master’s in Healthcare Management, and a Bachelor of Health Science in Public Health Education. She is also a Certified Life Coach. This education in combination with her work experience has allowed her to work with multiple individuals and organizations throughout the nation. Jolynn’s mission is to help individuals and organizations thrive by implementing sound and effective techniques. She believes in the importance of taking care of the whole person: mentally, physically, spiritually, and socially. She is an avid strength trainer and runner and has a goal to complete a marathon every year. She has been happily married for 21 years and has two beautiful children whom she cherishes.

Laura is a certified group fitness instructor through the American Council of Exercise and certified life coach through the Life Coach School. She has been teaching group fitness classes and coaching in the Boise, Idaho area for over 6 years.

Laura specializes in helping women break chains and see their divine worth through fitness, coaching and faith-based support. Her fitness classes capture a unique way of weaving life & faith coaching within exercise. Laura is passionate to prove that fitness is 'more than a workout', but should be a positive experience that welcomes all levels and ages, promotes community and radiates into your everyday life. She believes that each of us have the light within us that can be projected and seen through movement which is why she invites her students to 'live bright and get fit' from the inside out.

When Laura is not teaching, she loves to read, go camping with her family, watch British TV shows and is actively involved in her church. Laura also runs "Bright Life", a local support group that helps women find tools, connection and navigate the hard times of their faith & fitness journey. Laura lives in Kuna, ID with her husband, four kids and dog, Penny.
