Description

CDL training is considered an essential service to keep our nation running properly. CDL drivers are currently listed as the 69th top in-demand occupations for Idaho with a continued need largely increasing every year through 2028.

In as little as four weeks you can gain the skills to work as a licensed Class "A" professional Truck Driver. Training will include driving time, classroom, backing instruction, and truck lab with observation time.

This training will be both in-person and online. Students will have 20 hours of Driving Instruction, 60 hours of classroom, 20 hours of backing, 10 hours of Road Observation, and 60 hours of Truck Lab.

Walk Away With

  • Certification of Graduation from Top Gun Truck Driving Academy
  • Certification of Completion provided by CSI Workforce Development & Training.
  • Class "A" CDL License valid anywhere in the United States upon successful completion
  • Each student has the option of getting tankers, double & triples, and hazardous material endorsement (provided they qualify).
  • Job placement with a local employer. Top Gun Truck Driving Academy has a successful job placement of 97%.

Prerequisites:

The law states that students must be 18 years of age and have had a regular class D Driver's License for a term of at least one year. Furthermore, you cannot drive across state lines until you have reached the age of 21.
