This face to face course covers the fundamentals of real estate practices and policies and is approved by the Idaho Real Estate Commission. It is designed to assist the student in preparation for the Idaho Real Estate Salesperson License Examination. Looking to have a career where you are your own boss?

The salesperson license state exam may be taken after successful completion of modules 1 & 2.

Last day to register is October 16th, 2019.

  • Step 1: Register online with the College of Southern Idaho 
  • Step 2: Pay through Idaho Real Estate School (208)377-4300 

Both steps must be completed before seat reservation can take place.

Walk Away With:

  • Interactive training that will prepare you for licensure exam
  • Training workbook, with extensive notes, to use during the course and on the job site
  • Certification of Completion provided by College of Southern Idaho

Kendra Jenks started her career in commercial and residential home real estate sales over 18-years ago in Twin Falls, Idaho. Her background and experience started in real estate management and leasing of commercial and residential properties. She loved bringing landlord and tenants together and deciding it would be a great fit doing the same representing buyer’s and seller’s with their real estate needs purchasing or selling property.
