David has worked with and managed teams of all levels, ranging from 2 - 200 people. His experience in operations and business ownership spans the last 15 years. Having worked in a variety of organizational levels, from cashier to Vice President, he clearly understands the need for teams to work together to create successful organizations. His education and expertise in Intercultural Communication and Entrepreneurship coupled with his master’s degree in Organization Conflict Resolution guide his approach.  He has worked with Idaho’s largest county courts to effectively mediate high conflict cases helping parties achieve amicable resolutions. In his free time, you can find him outside with his family, playing in the yard or skateboarding around the neighborhood.  As a skateboarder, he understands that it takes a lot of failure and patience to learn new skills and overcome challenges in a real way. This lens influences his approach to training organizations.
