In today’s complex and ever-changing workplace, continuously developing skills matter. There is an opportunity for everyone to be a leader and positively influence workplace culture. Attend our Human Resources Series, session 2 and develop skills for a changing workplace while earning SHRM/HRCI credits upon request.

In this class, students will learn the methods of “coaching” - how to work with employees to inspire and direct. Students will learn how to move from simple, directive dialogue towards open-ended, discovery driven conversations that help inspire and motivate their employees to accomplish more and be more engaged along the way.
