Direct-care providers work with individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. They provide basic assistance and guidance to ensure a safe and healthy living environment. Direct-care providers assist individuals to be independent and participate in community activities.

  • Applicant must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license and insurance. No experience required.
  • We offer health, dental and vision benefits at 60 days of employment.

Habilitative Interventionist Employment Opportunities

Starting wage ($19.00 - $21.00 per hour)

PBS is seeking qualified HI Professionals who enjoy working and spending time with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities who display challenging behaviors.

  • Applicant must have completed a bachelor’s degree in the human services field, and 1,048 hours working with developmentally disabled.
  • We offer health, dental and vision benefits at 60 days of employment.

CBRS Employment Opportunities

CBRS Employment Opportunities

Starting wage ($18.00 - $20.00 per hour)

Community-Based Rehabilitation Services (formerly PSR) work with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with mental health concerns. CBRS is an in-home and community based service where staff work one-on-one with consumers to teach them life skills and assist them in working towards recovery and resiliency in their own environment.

  • Applicant must have completed a bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, education, or related field. Social Workers must be licensed in the State of Idaho.
  • We offer health, dental and vision benefits at 60 days of employment.
